Ref. 16700
The reference 16700 is one of the final GMT models without an independently adjustable hour hand and functions as the original 1950s GMT did. Being a 1998 model, it’s also one of the last to use tritium on the dial before the switch to luminova in 1999.
The case has worn well with thick lugs and prominent chamfers.
The tritium has aged to a beautiful consistent creamy colour.
Watch shows light wear from careful use with original chamfers still evident on the lugs. A rare full set with both tags, box and papers.
